Why VCA: VCA has always felt like home–a place where a loving community truly feels like family. I love the Lord, and I’m deeply passionate about teaching His children. Each day, I not only have the privilege of teaching my students but also the joy of learning from them. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, thrive, and succeed. 

Experience: I hold a BA in English and bring 13 years of teaching experience. During that time, I developed and implemented an honors English program for students in grades 2-6 and built a strong, well-rounded English curriculum for junior high students.

Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball, golf, skiing, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with my family. I love to travel and always enjoy getting lost in a good novel.

Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
